The Directory menu offers a simple way to create and maintain lists of other web sites that will be of use/interest to the research group. Clicking on the main menu item on the left, which you can see if you have logged in using the id/password of testuser/testuser, will show you the screen shot shown below.





As you can see it is possible to create hierarchies of sub-categories to help with the the organisation of the site lists. If you click on one of the sub-categories, an expanded, detailed list of the sites is provided, as shown in the following screen shot.





Finally a convenient 'cool sites' button is provided at the top of the page which, as shown in the screen shot below, provides a simple list of all the sites in the Directory ranked by the number of times they have been used to link to the external site.
