The PhpGedView software has a very wide range of built in support and help which should be sufficient for most users. In addition the PhpGedView software web site provides further extensive help pages and this can be accessed here
http://www.phpgedview.net/ or when you are in the PhpGedView application, by clicking on the logo at the foot of each PhpGedView page as illustrated below:
However this GenesONS PhpGedView Customer Support page provides a menu of further support topics that provide further clarifications of usage areas which may not always be clear and also provides documentation on the specific configurations and options that are part of the GenesONS service.
The content for each of these menu items and the overall area is being continually evolved so you may see text followed by a
?. This means that a new page will be inserted here shortly to further develop the support material. If there is an area of interest that is not yet covered, or a particular topic is not clear and needs more detail then please use the 'General support queries' Forum to provide your feedback and to detail your requirements.
New Customers are recommended to initially use the 'Getting Started Guide' as this provides a useful check list of the key things to be done to get up and running with your new web site and provides direct links to each topic covered by the check list.
